a duck feeding koi. another damn cute vid from cuteoverload.

Spent a whole day on bent knee and semi horse-stance for aikido training yesterday, then all night standing around at a beautiful engagement party in high heels. Today I have to work - standing at the footy. I am so going to pay for this tonight. These are times when people go, she's really smart and I go, if only you knew.

(I can hear my friends chorus - we know.)

Aikido is going well, but I still need to work on the idea of being calm and centred and empty before the attack. I see the row of black belts going to attack me during practice and in my head I go oh fuuuuck, which I'm told is the natural healthy response to danger.
